Iron Maiden’s Bruce Dickinson: Rocking and PILOTING His Way to Success!

Right off the bat, something seems wrong. Off kilter. Completely and totally disjointed and out-of-whack from our standard and traditional way of thinking and perceiving.

Multi-Grammy Award Winning Iron Maiden’s Bruce Dickinson is, after all, a product of 1970’s to the Present rock-and-roll! It’s the same lifestyle which has brought high-profile drug overdoses, untimely deaths and has left certain high-profile rockers mumbling, incoherent shells of their former selves.

Bruce Dickinson has not only survived the crazed lifestyle. He has thrived. He is highly-educated, hosts his own radio and TV shows, is an author, still tours as lead singer of one of heavy metal’s all-time great acts…

…and he is a licensed, experienced, highly-qualified commercial airline pilot!

Would you fly if Ozzy Osbourne was the pilot???

Should you ever fly the UK’s charter airline Astraeus, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll find Dickinson in the cockpit of the 757 jumbo-jet! Does he need the money? Heck no! The band still rakes in tens of millions a year.

And did I mention that when Iron Maiden tours, still playing to packed stadiums all over the world, it is Dickinson who flies the band from city to city!

Enjoy the video of Bruce piloting Iron Maiden on their most recent tour…and ask yourself as a businessperson: Are you a multi-tasker? Are there other areas besides your primary duties in which you have expertise you can lend to your company?
